This is a demo store
This website is a demonstration store powered by SmartPOS Hub. Orders placed here are not fulfilled: nothing is packed, delivered or charged, and no payment is taken. The terms below describe how the shop handles orders when online ordering is live.
Prices
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and come live from the shop’s SmartPOS system, the same prices used at the counter.
- The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you confirm.
- Loose items are charged on the actual weight packed. Your bill shows the weight and the final amount, which can differ slightly from the estimate in your cart.
- Delivery fee and any minimum order are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Placing an order
Your order is accepted when the site shows a confirmation and order number. The shop may still contact you if:
- an item ran out between your order and packing,
- a price on the site was clearly wrong, or
- your address turns out to be outside the delivery area.
In each case you can accept a replacement, remove the item, or cancel. You are never charged for items you do not receive.
Payment
- Cash on delivery is the default. You pay the rider for the items you keep after checking the bag.
- Bank or mobile-wallet transfer is offered only if the shop has switched it on, and is shown at checkout.
- The website never asks for or stores payment card details.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is in a 2-hour slot you choose at checkout, around Peoples Colony No. 1 and nearby blocks. You can also choose pickup at the counter. Details are in the delivery policy and on the delivery page.
Checking, returns and replacements
Check your bag at the door. Hand back anything torn, leaking, expired or wrong and you do not pay for it. Problems found later: WhatsApp a photo within 24 hours and the item is replaced on your next delivery. Short weights are re-weighed and the difference sent. Full rules: returns policy.
Cancelling
You can cancel before your order is out for delivery by calling or messaging the shop from the contact page. Once the rider has left, you can still refuse items at the door.
Age-restricted and regulated items
Some products, such as certain medicines, are not sold online. The shop may refuse an order where the law requires it.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
