How do I order loose atta, cheeni or daal by the kilo?
Loose items are priced per kg. Press + once for every kilo you want — the stepper shows "3 kg" — and the shop weighs it fresh when your order is packed.

Yes. Prices and stock come directly from the shop's own point-of-sale system, so the website shows the same counter price and goes out of stock when the shelf does.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order is set by the shop and shown live in the delivery bar, in your basket and at checkout. Pickup orders can be any size.
Can I send my order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Fill the basket and tap "Send on WhatsApp" in the cart — your list goes to the shop as a message. You can also simply message your parchi and the shop will reply with the total.
What if an item is damaged or wrong?
Hand it back to the rider and you won't pay for it. If you notice later, WhatsApp the shop with a photo within 24 hours and it is replaced on your next delivery.
